The #6 TENA item is what I've been using at night, and what happens, is it tends to bunch up during sleep and moving around, and then if I have an incident, the pad doesn't cover my underwear or PJ's and I'm up in the wee hours, cleansing and changing clothing. This pad is shaped perfectly to keep this from happening. It's thick enough for overnight, and yet it doesn't bunch up and cause me the uncomfortable issues I've been having.
