We don't need the box to process a warranty claim. Please contact our service support team at 833-462-6887 or service@homerobotusa.com to file a claim. **Q: Can this clean my solar panels** A: Yes, it works for solar panels. If the panels are spaced out more than quarter of an inch from each other, you would have to move the robot from one panel to another. **Q: how long does the cleaning product last? my windows are huge, I wonder how many times I would have to refill it (since it doesn't need recharge)** A: The waterspray is very efficient and full tank would generally cover approximately cover 100 sq. ft. of surface or more. **Q: Some of my winows are triangular. Will this get the corners clean?** A: No. HOBOT is designed for rectangular windows. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Large, medium and small Hobot does them all. *by on Reviewed in the United States 2 May 2021* From small, medium to large windows Hobot does them all. We've struggled for ten years with our windows and were never satisfied with our hand cleaning results. We have a lot of different size windows and Hobot is excellent on all of them, but is outstanding on our larger ones where it seems to do the best because of more mobility movement. Our windows are now the best they have ever looked and we could not be more pleased. The price point has always been the sticking point for us, but it sure beats a broken bone or worse from a ladder fall or the cost of a professional cleaner. 3/4 of our windows are two and three stories high. We haven't started on those yet, but on the lower level where we can reach with two feet on the ground it did excellent and we are now proud of our windows. We are so proud we are going to name our Hobot "Sparkle." If Sparkle has longevity and holds up well without costly repairs or replacement then it will be money well spent. Highly recommend anyone that is hesitant to go ahead and bite the price bullet as we don't think you will ever be sorry. If you do decide to get one make sure you do as Hobot says by either dusting your windows first with the Hobot and blue pads (optional, not included) or with a swifter if this is the first time using the Hobot. We followed the Hobot protocol and could not be happier! We love the included liquid cleaner and will always be using that instead of plain water. My only suggestion to Hobot is to make a duel pair where they will synchronize with each other and do the inside and outside windows at the same time as this would be a perfect set up for us! Think about doing this Hobot and and then send us royalties. Ha! Sparkle needs a roomie named Shine. As Expected *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 21 February 2023* When ordering the delivery said 7 days but after ordering it was 3 weeks. I contacted the seller to make sure i received the item quickly. They ensures delivery made in time ans so very grateful for that. The product does what it says but note it comes from abroad and so they have includes travel plugs to be able to use in the UK.Good suction on glass but yet to try on really dirty glass or on a hit day to see the results. ## Frequently Bought Together - HOBOT-298 Window Cleaning Automatic Robot with Ultrasonic Water Spray, Intelligent Cleaning, AI Smart Route Plan, Replaceable Water Tank, and Control via Smartphone or Remote - Spare cleaning cloths for wet cleaning made of microfiber for HOBOT-268/288/298 (Yellow, set of 3 pieces) - Window Detergent for HOBOT- S7 PRO / 298/388 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sc/products/458274930-hobot-298-window-cleaning-automatic-robot-with-ultrasonic-water-spray](https://www.desertcart.sc/products/458274930-hobot-298-window-cleaning-automatic-robot-with-ultrasonic-water-spray) --- *Product available on Desertcart Seychelles* *Store origin: SC* *Last updated: 2026-10-24*
