Promotes constipation
My husband and I began to take this product on a Sunday by Wednesday we were so constipated. I thought this was a cleanse and did the very opposite. Here it is a week later and I had to call in to work because I’m so sick and still not using the bathroom regularly. I started at 180 and after day 5 I was 184 lbs.
