My 6 cylinder 3.3L Toyota Solara convertible "Dog" loves it!
I wash and detail my car at least once a week, depending on weather and conditions and until now have always dried my car using microfiber towels which when using a drying aid makes it so that I don't get any scratches while drying. But, towels don't get into all the nooks and crannies that water has a tendency to hide out in which then decides to drip out just after the area beneath it has been detailed. That is all in the past. With this pet dryer, I'm guaranteed a scratch-free drying having to expend less energy while doing so.Pros :1). Simple controls. Some pet dryers I've seen have a high and low temperature option along with a variable or high output only blower control. Why? This dryer only has one temperature and for me works perfectly. The air coming out is very effective at helping remove any water that the blower didn't remove and, it's not hot enough that I can't loop the hose around my shoulders so that I don't have to worry about the hose drooping onto the paint or other areas of the car. I don't really need variable speed but I certainly don't need both options, full speed and variable speed. Simple is good.2). The air flow and heat combined is enough to dry half the entire width of the hood or back deck while simply walking and blowing along the sides can be completed at roughly half a normal walking pace.3). The motor housing is relatively light making it not that difficult to carrying around while drying the car.4). I don't need a very long hose in fact the shorter the better but for other uses, I could easily see the length provided sufficient for most jobs I can think of to apply it to.5). It's not as loud as a leaf blower I've tried to use in the past and a LOT more convenient to use than a leaf blower.Cons : (from a car detailing perspective)1). The air focusing attachments are made of a hard plastic which if one does something thtupit, could scratch the paint."Plasti-Dip" is your friend on this one.2). There aren't convenient mounting points on the top of the housing that one could use to attach a shoulder strap to that one could use to more easily carry around the base with a shoulder strap or harness.Flipping the housing over and hooking an old camera carrying strap into the feet and using it that way works just as well although turning it on and off isn't as easy but then again, it's still simple to do regardless. The way I use the dryer on my car is with the power cord looped under my arms and going up and over my shoulders as well as looping the blower hose under one arm and around the back of my neck toward my hand which is holding the attachment end seems to work well for keeping both the power cable as well as the blower hose safe from potentially damaging the paint. It helps to use the arm and hand that is not directing the flow of air to keep the blower housing as far behind my back as possible.I can easily see that this is going to become one of my favorite WMDs, Weapons of Mass Detailing!

Great product!
This is a great at home hairdryer for your pet! The only thing is it’s a little loud and it scares my dog, but overall it does the job. You can change the temperature and the speed and it has several different attachments that you can change to be able to reach different parts of the animal Your blow drying. The cord length is decent.

Wonderful Dog Dryer
This works wonders on drying my Papillon. He has a thick coat and this drys better then my blow dryer. It's low noise and doesn't bother my dog.

Not bad for the price.
I have to say if your pup isn't used to being dry give it time. Also make sure you have a good hand on this as when it slips it may whack you. Seems when I turn this on to dry my pup there is some sort of air restriction/resistance from the hose and it gets worse with attachments. Over all not bad just seems that way as it could be a normal thing and takes a bit for my pup to dry due to multiple thick coats.

Well worth it and excellent dog dryer!
I recently purchased the Dog Dryer High Velocity Pet Dog Hair Dryer and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! This product is top-notch and provides excellent results. The 3.2HP motor provides high-velocity air flow that dries my dog's fur in no time. The stepless adjustable speed feature is great, as I can control the intensity of the air flow to ensure my dog's comfort during grooming. The included heater is a great bonus, as it helps to keep my dog warm and comfortable while being dried. The design of the dryer is well thought out, with a comfortable grip and easy-to-use controls. The weight of the dryer is just right, making it easy to maneuver and control. The long hose is a great feature, allowing me to reach all areas of my dog's body without having to move the dryer around too much.I was a little worried about the noise level, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the dryer is. My dog was very comfortable during the grooming process and didn't seem to mind the sound at all.I highly recommend the Dog Dryer High Velocity Pet Dog Hair Dryer to anyone in need of a top-quality pet grooming tool. This product has exceeded my expectations in every way and I am confident that it will do the same for you.

Amazing Dryer
I am a 'retired' dog groomer and I must say, this little thing is amazing! It has more than enough force to take on any dog job big or small. I've dried cats all the way up to Saint Bernard dogs with this one drier! I have now had mine for 4+ years and its still running strong! It has an easy to clean filter and comes with a second one so you do not have to stop what you are doing if your filter gets clogged up! (Huskies send the fur flying around the room if not outside, and the dryer, like any hair dryer, will suck the hair into the base if it floats by. DO be sure to check your filter regularly! It CAN overheat! (I personally haven't had this problem, but my step son did, but did NOT ruin the dryer!)

Couple of things to consider
I got this to dry my 4 month old labradoodle after baths. The sound didn't bother him, so I don't think it was too loud unless your dog is really sensitive to sounds. The first time I used it, I tried to just go straight from the bath to blow drying. I do not recommend this. Especially with my dog's curly coat, he retains a lot of water, so the blow dryer made very slow process. The next time I towel dried a bit first, then blow dried while brushing. Worked much better that time. I'm glad I have it, but it wasn't any faster than just towel drying. He got a bit drier this way, but not by enough for me to say this is a necessity for washing you dog, even one with a lot of water retention like a labradoodle
