Best fishes, Team Coddies **Q: Are these waterproof? If so, do they float?** A: They do float!! Bought as gag gift for family vacation not something would wear for an entire day but they were fun to wear around the boat fishing **Q: Is the 9-9.5 women’s or men’s size** A: Hey, thank you for the question. The 9-9.5 is US mens sizing, we apologise for any confusion. If you're uncertain between two sizes we advise going for the size up.
