Every time I run out and decide not to replenish, I am quickly reminded of how imperative this supplement is to my regimen. Whenever I add it back, I am also reminded. For me, it makes a huge difference. I take a few supplements in conjunction with treatment for ADHD. When I first started taking this supplement, I was actually shocked at how much it aided my other treatments. My ADHD meds work better, and my brain feels more in-tact. I have yet to check my genetic tests for whether or not I have the MTHFR mutation, but with how much this drastically changes things for me, I can say with near certainty that I have it.
