I bought this soon after my baby was born,took hand prints and postponed getting photos printed and completely forgot about it for about a year. I placed heavy books on it without realizing, causing the acrylic cover to form cracks. I contacted the baby mushroom customer service through email and they responded pretty quickly. I explained my issue, they were so sweet and offered me a free replacement of the acrylic cover. I got the photos printed and now I have a very beautiful memory on the wall. Love it!

If you're shopping for a handprint keepsake kit, this is the one! I received my first Baby Mushroom kit as a gift when my first son was born, 3½ years ago, and it's still holding up beautifully with no cracks. I bought another kit recently for the newest member of our family. I had trouble getting a decent handprint from a tight-fisted newborn, so I reached out to the email address provided with the kit instructions. I received a response from the company founder, Liat, in under 10 minutes! She was beyond helpful! (Tip from Liat: For clay that's starting to dry, try adding just a few drops of vegetable oil while kneading it. Mix it in really well until it feels pliable again. Don't add too much at once.)
