Filing it is a drag, and checking the water temp is nearly impossible through the small hole. The tubing and shutoff valve is total trash. Replace it with a Mikacare one. The black 10 liter bag will heat up in the sun though for a deep woods/camping shower. For an enema, especially coffee one (Seems to be a fan favorite. I don't know.) I assume it's okay. Can they do it sitting up on their side leaning to the left** A: Enemas could be done laying down on a bench on either side. For coffee enema it is recommended to lay on the right side. If the person is sitting it would hard to get enough liquid in the body because of gravity.
