Does not come with pads. I did add the pads to my stack. Haven't noticed any issues.

Q: Has anyone had issues with the brackets for the back of the washer not matching up? To clarify, I can only get one hole of the bracket to match up.

Ours came with two sets of brackets that my husband said were not identical. One set worked fine with no issues.

Q: will this work on my Kenmore machines? the product number is the same that is in my product instruction booklet

I used this product to merge a Samsung washer with a Kenmore Dryer. It required much mocification.I knew what had to be done. Is it possible you could find a parts breakdown on the kenmore product.

Q: does this keep stop the vibration when load is off balance? we have unit stacked but not sure if plumber used a kit. thanks

It does not stop it completely but it does reduce it. I had mine stacked without it and there is much less vibration.
