Excellent price. Excellent sound. Very classy.
The media could not be loaded. Great price. Great quality. I was apprehensive about this purchase because all the negative reviews about the sound quality. They are all false, the sound quality is excellent. If you follow the manual you will have great sound quality. Connection of wires is required, if you don’t know what you are doing then actually read the manual. Or ask someone to help you. This is a beautiful piece. Perfect for a bedroom or small/medium sized room. Don’t try to fill an entire house with the sound but I am confident you will have great sound if you do.

Some things you should know about recording vinyl records
Overall, this is a pretty nice self contained unit. I;m not much of an audiophile so it sounds just fine for me. I bought it primarily to transfer my records to my hard drive and the cloud. I'm also a novice at this task. The USB drive will continue recording until you stop it. This means that the only way that you can separate songs (you could, I guess, do that later with software), is to start and stop the recording between each song. I'm not going to do that so I record a record side as one song. Now comes the fun part. My computer is set to load songs to iTunes but I want songs to end up on Google Play. The turntable records the files as MP3. Now, I could be doing something totally wrong but, my iTunes takes an MP3 and it is heavily garbled. Oddly, it sounds fine in Google with Google Music Manager automatically copies it from iTunes to Google. In order to do that I also had to figure out a way to provide some attributes to the file (album title, artist, etc.). This is way out of my background but I found a free program called Audacity that allowed me to do that. However, I still have the MP3 issue in iTunes. Seems iTunes likes MP4 (AAC) and Google is fine with that format. I had to get a free add-on for Audacity to save in that format. Go to Audacity, open the MP3 file from your USB drive, give it a name , export (save as) a MP3 and then choose the MP4 (AAC), and add the file attributes, open and load to iTunes, copy to Google, and you are golden. Took me two days to figure this out so hope it helps someone:)

Terrible did not even turn on
Terrible did not even turn on. Sound quality is terrible. Bluetooth is not even working. Very disappointed in this. It was a gift and it’s horrible.

Great value for a newbie vinyl junkie
Easy set up. good sound. great look. this is a great starter system for a non-audiophile. i love just about everything about it. my one and only complaint is that the rest for the tonearm is too close to the platter and this causes it to miss the first few seconds of the first track. i can get over that because the value of the thing.

Looks nice but auto return doesn’t work
Love the way it looks and it sounds pretty good but the auto return does not work. It worked on one or two albums and no longer auto stops or auto returns.

Buy at the cost of the first few minutes.
The build is great, the arm balances well, and the needle works great, but the arm rest is so close to the turn table you can't start a single album at the beginning. You're about 1.5 minutes through the album when you place the needle on the record. It's a great starter but if you try to force it to the start of the album it'll either auto stop or the rest just gets in the way. Sound quality is great, I actually had to turn it down with the volume it started on.

Great turntable!
What a great turntable! It was a gift so I did a bit of shopping around before I bought it, but I am super happy with the purchase. Toshiba is a decent line so that was a factor when deciding which turntable to buy. My husband loves it. He uses it everyday! Has really good sound quality, he said it does have a slightly weak speaker but it sounds great to me. Super happy with this turntable!

I can’t think of a reason to buy this player, it’s a piece of dime store junk.
I purchased this because it was a known brand but... you can’t play a record from the very beginning because the arm gets blocked by the little arm holder. The plastic mechanism is crap, the pieces on the arm supports are like party favor quality cheesy plastic. In addition The Bluetooth won’t connect no matter what I try or how many times I read the directions. I am highly disappointed,I suggest that you invest the money to buy a higher quality deck. Damn, this could have been a nice set up if it weren’t for all the crappy delicate pieces of plastic on the top of the player and the arm deal.
