I bought this parasol with another from the same company. My order arrived quickly. My sister loved it. After opening it once or twice she realized that she could see the ceiling. The seam had come unglued. I did not know what had happened at first so I contacted the company who replied within the hour and sent a new one the next day! Great customer service! The replacement had the same thing happen on the first opening. I hated to bother them again and found that if the seam does come undone, clear elmers glue works nicely to fixing it. Now my sister has a great, pretty, pink parasol to help shade her from the sun.The handle length is nice. Longer than most I have seen online. And the size of the parasol is great for shading head and shoulders.
