This is one of my favorite tonics for muscle building and recovery. Tastes rich and earthy. Blends well with cacao or coffee or rooibos tea. I find it gives me a bit of a boost so I wouldn't recommend taking it in the evening if you have any trouble sleeping.

Good product

I tried this product and found it was helpful in aiding the healing process of a recurring hip injury of over 2 years. After trying many health supplements, this product was one that actually had noticeable results. I felt less pain in hip motion after a couple months. Thought that sharing my experience will be useful to someone.

Without understanding the constituents in black ant extract and the science behind it you will never fully appreciate this herb. When using this my libido goes way up after a few days, very pronounced effect. I love the quality of this brand and have used Samsara herbs for years. Tip: Combine this with Shilajit. You will thank me later, trust me!

I can feel a positive difference in my mood and energy levels within an hour or so of taking this. Everyone's physiology is different, but it is an effective product for me. I even enjoy the earthy, slightly cinnamon-y taste of the ants. The Ziploc closure separated from the bag, so just be aware you may need to transfer to another container.

Ok it taste better than lost empire but tastes stale. I did not feel anything. The lost empire so far is the best I have tried. I put it in caps so I don’t have to taste it. Don’t waste your money on cheaper brands. Lost empire brand can’t be beat...this doesn’t even come close.
