Painful menu navigation
Pros: Small. Affordable. Large external expansion. FM radio works well. Clear audio. Charges fairly quick.Cons: TINY screen. Painful menu navigation. Firmware has random bugs (restarts songs randomly for example, sometimes stops accepting input requiring power down). Does not remember settings when powered down. Clip FAR too small for a standard sized ladies belt, will NOT stay secured.Had promise to be something I would use often but now its just the one I use until I replace it. Which to be fair will be as soon as I can afford to.Would heavily not recommend.

Junk. Do not buy
Does not link to bluetooth as advertised--you have to connect every single time. Also, it suddenly stops when listening to it so then you have to stop exercising to reset it.Updated to add: Do not buy this piece of junk. It won't connect to the pc to add/delete files. When you look at the files in it, it's all gibberish that won't delete because it's some weird file name--I think it's a hacking code. It's going in the trash.

I smashed mine with a hammer.
It would not connect to my computer, no matter how many times I tried.

Bluetooth and SD card and shuffle issues
While this player was able to produce decent quality sound to my bluetooth headphones it has some fatal flaws for my needs. Probably a software update could fix these but not knowing if or when that might happen, plus a Mac-connection problem, is a deal killer for me. Bottom line is too much re-selecting default options every time I wake it up or turn it on. I'm returning it. If you are using wired headphones and only the internal memory (not micro SD) you may not be experiencing most of my issues. My problems are:1. Cannot set 'shuffle' mode when using micro SD card. The documentation says to hit the 'menu' button while playing songs to get to the equalizer and player settings (such as 'shuffle'). I was only able to get to the 'equalizer' by this mechanism except once when it mysteriously did display the player settings and I did set 'shuffle'. Repeated attempts including power-cycling and trying every conceivable sequence did not restore the option. Worse the 'shuffle' option did not seem to last from one listening session to the next. So I might have needed to turn it on by menu-hoping every time I used it (an annoyance since that is the option I want 99% of the time).2. Bluetooth connection requires menu-hopping on every use. To it's credit it paired with ease to my PowerBeats2 bluetooth headphones. However, it would not auto-connect on subsequent uses so every time you use it you need to wander through menus to establish the bluetooth connection. Then go through other menus's to reselect the micro SD card (followed by the problem described in #1).Other considerations:1. I was unable to connect to the player directly from my Mac and see if some of these problems went away when using the internal memory. Attempting to do so would cause the Apple Finder app to hang and then, after a minute or two, die. I presume this doesn't happen on a PC(?) However, the point is moot since I bought it to use a larger-memory SD card (currently using a 32G Sandisk Ultra).2. It came defaulting to Mandarin (or similar) and it took some creativity to figure out how to step through some non-english menu's to set it to english. Once done, this, at least, was non-volatile, so only a minor startup annoyance. Obviously if you know the default language you won't have this problem.3. Playing songs off the SD card required constantly re-selecting 'card memory' when starting up or even when returning to 'music' after going to some other top level menus. It should have a default that remains non-volatile once selected.Having said all this if you aren't using the problematic features I mention or don't mind playing menu-checkers every time you turn it on...this unit has some good aspects. Good sound quality. Seemingly decent bluetooth connection (not tested extensively). Large & inexpensive memory upgrade with micro SD card. It's nice and small and inexpensive.Lastly, it seems a bit curious that at the time of my writing...every single one of the 65 reviews (preceding mine) are 5-star and none of them say 'Amazon Verified Purchase'. I guess if mine doesn't say 'verified' either then there's some problem with the indicator.
