A: No gusset..but they have lots of stretch.  I have a long body and shorter legs.  I am 5'7" 120 lbs.  I like tights that come up to my natural waist.  So these work perfectly.  I ordered another pair.

A: go up one size and try the: L/XL - Height : 5'3"-5'10" / 120~ 180 lbs

**Q: Does natural have re-inforced toes? do all other colors have re-inforced toes?**
A: I didn't get natural, but the colors I got  just have a seem.

**Q: I have long legs and I wear a 14 in pants. Most tights are too short, would the l/xl be long enough?**
