best way to put a plate on front

Keeps me legal.
I needed to keep my front license plate in the front, and horizontal after adding an aftermarket HD off road bumper with no plate mount holes. I could have mounted UNDER the fairlead, but that would have been at a 45 degree angle to the ground and differ from the standard set in TX law, and while most police may not care, I do not want to give anyone any excuses to ticket me.Install was easy, simple bolt on to a well defined industry standard spacing and sizing. Metal is decent enough. I only wish it would flip up 180 degrees and stay in place during winch operation...

Seems ok build wise, only problem is it doesnt allow you to use a shackle like an agency6 or factory55 only a standard hook
