Easy to use and great charging speed.

Works well. the Blue light is too bright for a bedroom at night. so don't buy for the bed room.As long as you are not sleeping it does a great job. is not supper fast. nor is fast buy any means. I do have case on phone and it works. not sure if it would charge faster with out case but it works for my counter next to work chair.the blue light will only bug you at night. If it is in your bed room it will illuminate a large room. light is only on to indicate item charging.

Nice unit, works good. My only complain is you have to place the phone just right or it errors, flashing the led and stops charging. This could be more the device than the charger but I did not experience the same issues with my wife more expensive convertable unit that can operate as a flat unit or as an upright unit. I am led to believe that the latter unit has a greater signal strength or a larger internal antenna. Either way the unit does charge quickly when you insure proper connection but on my headboard I had a tendency to bump the device causing the error. If you have a similar situation I would go with their convertible unit. Well worth the money.One final note. This charger will not charge though a thick case.

We have two of these - one purchased in December, a second purchased in January. The one purchased in December only works (a gift for my wife) if the Galaxy S8s are removed from their cases - otherwise it lights up blue for a few seconds and then starts flashing and stops charging. The one purchased in January is happy to work while the phones are still in their cases (no, I'm not putting them both on the charger at the same time). It's kind of frustrating. I'd return the one from January but I don't still have all the packaging. Samsung will tell you that you're supposed to remove the case, so they have no sympathy anyway if it doesn't work while it's still in the case (and will probably blame the Qi charging standard). If I were buying today, I'd be exploring other brands to see if they worked better with cases on.

Got this Wireless charger for my IPhone 8 on Black Friday. Looks nice and has worked great for me thus far. Have not had any issues with placement, I try to place somewhat centralized and it works every time for me and works with my current speck presidio case. Using mostly at night when I go to bed. I can understand some who have stated that the light may bother you when you attempt to go to bed. I personally have no issues with some light in the room when I sleep so not an issue for me but if you need to sleep in a pitch black room then you probably won’t want this in your bedroom. I saw some write in their reviews that they could not register the charger, talked to a Samsung representative and they told me that accessories are not items you can register, you will have a year warranty regardless. I am not sure if this actually charges at 7.5w (am on iOS 11.2.1), when a need fast charging I use my 24w wall charger with the lightning cable.

The media could not be loaded. Just got my charger and very happy with it. After reading few negative reviews that this is not a genuine product, but it worked great with mine. I did a lot of tests to it so that I can buy another one for my mother.So I first charged with my original fast charger and adapter that came with the phone and shows 26 min more to charge completely. And secondly, I charged with this new Samsung's Wireless fast charger(with the adapter that was included in the box) and showed me 29 min more to charge completely. And i would like to make it clear that their charger and adapter do not have any problem since i tried with my original charger(from phone) showed same result. so i guess wireless charger is less faster than charging directly on outlet. And lastly, I charged with my phone with Non-Samsung charger and adaptor and shows me 39 min more to charge my phone. So I guess this product is not a total fake.But there is a little difference between my original adaptee and this new wireless adapter. Seemingly, they both are technically the same model but the printing was different. But overall I'm very happy with this charger!Oh and my s5 and note 3 were not even charging even without case. I tried both them on Bluetooth, nfc and stuff but didn't work out.

Update: Product won't fast charge after 3 months. My cable charger is faster, defeats purpose of buying it. I no longer recommend.I like the product and is reliable for what its suppose to fast charge. But my phone MUST be in an exact location on device in order for it to work at all.

It works well, it does the job of charging! However, if I would by again another wireless charger, I would take one with some physical guide to ensure the phone is in position. If you just move your phone a little out of the center, it stops charging. Also, if you charge it at night, the blue light indicating it is charging is strong.

I really want to like this charger as the idea of not having to wear out my usb port on my Samsung Galaxy S8, but after about a week of owning I have on 3 occasions noticed that my phone does not charge overnight. At first it looks like it's charging, but when I wake up in the morning I find my battery near empty. It's possible that I'm just not getting it on the sweet spot. When I have brought the charger to work and left it in front of my desktop it charges at a reasonable rate. If you get this at a discount it's worth it, but If you absolutely need your phone fully charged, such as for airline travel, I wouldn't have faith that it would fully charge over night.
