I ALMOST went for the cheapest ones but like nutmilk bags, even “organic” ones are ordered from alibaba (they have Chinese connections), say products are organic but aren’t certified and will use pieces that aren’t organic and glued n synthetics...some ppl really care about the process, the planet and the chemicals and end products used. Things should be transparent but usually aren’t as most don’t know or knowingly scam ppl. Unfortunately China is pretty polluted and practices are questionable as well, not just to the environment but their own people as well and that’s why certifications help and it’s upto you if you still wanna go that route. But if u are trying to avoid chemicals and help the planet, it is a lil harder of trying to buy something you think is good (not you specifically but generally ppl), but then may not know or find out later that it’s not truly 100% what was expected like fully organic and environmentally friendly as much as possible.
