Based on measurements, bought a Small, which was much too large and provided no compression even on tightest setting. Of course, can’t return once its been tried on so that was $147 wasted. Ordered XXS and it provides sufficient compression on middle hooks, but within a week when the swelling has started to go down, it will also be too large. The material is stretchy which makes it more comfortable but also means it doesn’t provide much compression unless its very tight. The material is also very smooth which means its easy on the skin, especially where there is swelling. However, the straps hit right at the crease of my armpit and rub/chafe. I had to unhook them after a couple hours because I had red blisters where the hook rubs. It seems like the straps are set very wide compared to normal placement of bra straps and as a result, they are very uncomfortable. Overall, I don’t think this is very well designed for post surgery.
