The flavor and texture of the crust was pretty moist and bread-like, but it had a bit of a chew to it! I wasn't able to get a good color on the bottom, but I blame myself way more then I would blame the mix for that. I'll also say that the dough definitely thickened up in the oven (since I was worried this might be a thin crust pizza once it finished baking, thankfully it was not!) Three pieces of this pizza were about 10 carbs, which means I'm still sticking to my daily allowance, so I'm happy with the carb content they have in this. I'll also say that the price isn't bad either considering it's a decent sized pizza dough that you could load up with whatever.
