A: Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with our pumps, that's not great at all!

To unlock the mechanism of the pump, unscrew and then screw the neck on as tight as possible.

Once the neck of the bottle is tightly fastened, twist the pump several times clockwise. This will release the pump.

I’ve been using this shampoo for over a year, just kind of using it as a secondary shampoo and conditioner to use every other day… I really love it. My hair and scalp really enjoys the ingredients and always feels clean and healthy and very soft after I use it. My hair has definitely grown, and the benefits from the shampoo are very clear definitely worth the money. I did have some fallout that I was looking to treat due to some medication I was on and using the shampoo consistently has really help bring the health back into my hair.
