I am a bit fussy about textures and odd flavours so wasn't sure I would enjoy this bone broth with turmeric but suffer with joint issues so was looking for an easy way to add collagen to my diet. Too early to say about any medical improvements as only been taking it a few days but have started to really enjoy this bone broth as a lovely hot mid morning drink. Yes, it is salty (which I really like), but as one other reviewer mentioned, 1 teaspoon in a mug of boiling water tastes rather like chicken oxo. Very savoury with just a hint of turmeric, which works.
