I really needed much more in my diet, it's way too hard to be consistent with dietary fiber intake while cutting carbs. Taking 3 gummies is literally more than enough fiber to get you by, and that is a game changer for me. That alone would be more than enough for me to justify the cost, because eating 3 of these in the morning at the same time that I take my prescriptions is super easy to remember. The fact that it has anything else is just a bonus tbh. As far as taste and texture are concerned - good, they're fine. As you chew them they may get stuck to your teeth a bit and you'll have to use your tongue. Oh heaven's forbid!
