GoPole 360 Degree Time Lapse Tripod Attachment for GoPro Camera

For the price it is OK and much cheaper than many others available. I had read on an earlier review that you could hear the egg timer mechanism ticking when playing the video back; my camera was mounted in its supplied plastic waterproof case with the solid back fitted and this cut out the noise of the mechanism.Easy to set up an operate and the scale around the bottom gives an indication of how long it will take to move through the arc you have set. You just need to ensure you have your tripod set up as level as possible to prevent tilting of the time lapse when playing back.

O.k so i bought this attachment after seeing a well know YouTuber using it for his NY time lapses. I have tested it a few times and so far it seems like it will work well. Be aware that it does make a clicking sound (as it is similar to an egg timer).Not only does it work with GoPro but when combined with the Mefoto attachment it can also be used to produce decent time lapses with my iPhone 6s plus.It small and easy to use and for the price highly recommended.

The product build quality is a shame. Bought this and used it a couple of times. All the gears are falling out now. Took it with me last week to Italy and couldn't use it anymore as there were so many gears that had fallen out. I hope they can improve the build quality. Has the potential to be a really good accessory for GoPros. Shame the build lets it down.

Does what it say but is noisy and lacking instructions. Once turned on I cannot find a way to stop it without forcing it against the mechanism so my trial turned into 60mins of loud clicking every second!

It's a good idea but on mine the build quality was not up to scratch, after about 3 days of use in the Caribbean sun the top rotating part came off, the glue must have melted or something, it meant that it was shaking more in the wind making the timelapses I shot a bit rubbish but still I was able to use it to a degree, after one more week it stopped rotating completely, probably because of the sand getting inside because it wasn't sealed properly. I could still use it but I think for this price it should have lasted much longer, now the Amazon site says the return window has expired so I can basically bin it, so that's another bummer. Try it if you want, you might have more luck!

Works a treat for capturing time lapse panoramas. There are no speed/time settings whatsoever, just turn it round and let it unwind like an egg timer. But it is steady and works well. Using it with a Hero 3 silver.

Bought in November 2016 now in July 8 months down the road and the timer does not work at all worked for all of 2 months whilst on holiday, been in the box since going away and does not work

Some people make a complaint that they could of made it them selfs or its too much like an egg timer ? But you bought this item for a reason and you knew exactly what it did and what it's set out to achieve and it does that perfectly good for GoPro a and some cámaras on the smaller size. Over all fantastic product recommended to anyone :)
