The latex is drying too quickly and clogging up the nozzle** A: Not really. The only way to do what you want is to thin the paint down, or use a bigger nozzle size. If you are using an airbrush (as opposed to a spray gun) I wouldn't go smaller than 0.5. You could try using retarder or flow improver as well, but I think to avoid tip dry you need to thin things down, and lower the pressure to as low as you can to get a decent spray pattern. The solution to most paint problems is thinning/air pressure. Occasionally you get a paint or coating that just won't spray.
