The amount of protein in it may not be huge but when you factor in the fact that mixing it with milk which has the same level of protein or higher then you should roughly get 40g+. However when I mixed with with milk it tasted amazing for the first few sips and then I noticed that the amazing flavour slowly disappeared and you were met with some dull flavour. This might be me simply using too much milk but I did use the amount they recommend too and found the same results. The taste after the first few sips isn't a bad taste, but it just tastes like a "milked" down version of the amazing taste that you get at the first few sips. Easy to mix if shaken well enough. Didn't find it gritty at all. All in all a good protein powder and for the price you are paying its very hard to give it a bad review.
