Itās very nice and good quality but at first itās to tight but with time it loosens up specially in the eyes area thatās the only thing that I didnāt like it bc it wonāt touch thatās area since itās loose there but overall itās prettyās good and I did like it and enjoy using it

Great because it cover both head and neck. Stays cold not long but seems like enough for most issues. Keep in bag for protection in freezer.

Good But Gel Gets Bunched Together š
Served me well after neck surgery. But the inner gel tends to curl up and get wonky inside. It won't smooth out correctly after a bit of use š

If you wanna remember what it feels like to be a š“ sleeping babyā¦ BUY THISā¦ I get every kind of headache you can imagineā¦ I have three herniated disc from the base of my skull downā¦I also have had many broken noses, allergies, pains in the ā¦. āNeck ā (aka stress) along with ocular migraines and āsimpleā migraines .Add to it I work nights and have had to attempt to sleep during the day. This purchase, along with a weighted blanket and a special pillow, one of the healthiest sleep choices Iāve ever madeā¦I donāt even have to put mine in the freezer every time. As the gel (however it is winter as I write this) stays a nice level of cool as is. Helps the pains, blacks out my eyes so day sleep is possible, and on top?NO PUFFY Eyes!Now my only issueā¦ how to make myself get OUT of my bed lol

Surprisingly great
Was looking for a neck cool compress and came across this. Came paired with a head cap which made it a better deal. Both items were made of same material which was soft and surprisingly flexible so it fit better around my neck. Even the cap felt nice once on. To my surprise the directions stated it could be put in the microwave to use as a heating pack which worked great also. Very happy with this purchase, comfortable and very worthwhile since itās a 2 piece.

My go to for headache and migraine relief
I've been searching for a solution that can give me relief from tension headaches and migraines. The neck wrap makes it easy for me to find instant relief from tension headaches. The head sleeve and neck wrap are easy to use and cool me down quick to distract my mind from the discomfort I'm in. I can't say enough how much these two help me day to day.
