Ideal for Nano skimmers, air driven protein skimmers and foam fractionators. Also can be used as a premium airstone in any aquarium due to the sheer volumes of micro bubbles these create once connected to an airpump. (airpump needs to be purchased separately.)

Disappointing to say the least!
Waited weeks before its arrival only to discover that it's noisy enough to visibly disturb the fish for them to huddle away in the lower corner of the tank. Consequently, having to turn it off and making it redundant. The noise is coming from the air stone itself, not the pump! I believe the noise is due to a fault in the corner where the join to the plastic nozzle occurs as the bubbles are bigger at this point and it's where most of the bubbles disperse from. Perhaps I was unlucky to purchase a faulty air stone, as the concept of it, as opposed to the other green coloured air stones on the market, is superior. Previously owning another branded and cheaper green coloured air stone, I found it to disintegrate into the water, which can't be good for fish! Conversely, it is extremely disappointing to find this product also faulty, rendering it useless! Kudos to the seller though as they replaced it promptly.... but with yet another faulty product! It did exactly the same as the first - loads of noisy, big bubbles from the connection joint.

Very Fine Bubbbles
Excellent product, we have been using it for a week now and it is producing very fine bubbles. Only probem is that as it is a piece of wood it has bouyancy and needs to be held down. Much better than a standard aairstone.

Works well.
I've tried other more expensive diffusers which have not produced fine bubbles or even next to none. This worked perfectly. Would buy again.

No better than an air stone.
Large bubbles leak out where the plastic meets the wood. Seems like it has not been glued together properly.

Very good
Creates a good fizz when attached to an air stone.Very small bubbles and didnt leak.I imagine that it will need replacing after a few months but all in all good product.

Big bubblew
Bubbles are same size as my normal air stone and even bigger bubbles coming from plastic bit stuck to the wood so not made well or maybe just mine i dont know

much more efficent ... many micro bubbles .... this is better than any other airstone.
