Replace your pinlock on any Shoei Helmet visor marked with CNS-1, CW-1 or CWR-1. Note: Visors sold by GetGeared are genuine replacement parts from the helmet manufacturer. Clear replacement visors are legal for use on UK public roads. Tinted, mirrored and deep color visors are not road legal and can only be used in private countries. Motorcycle helmet visors comply with CE 22.05 / British Standard BS4110:1979 (as named) and motorcycle regulation (as amended 2000). These standards require scopes to meet brain safety standards in general and therefore intended for use on public roads, to have a minimum light transmission of 50%. Tinted, mirrored and deep colored visors DO NOT meet requirements for public road use and are sold for the understanding that they are not used on public roads or in the country where these regulations apply.
