Contains magnesium stearate, which is reduces absorption to 1/4 ...
Seems to be better than most of the other ALA products on Amazon.However, (like most of the others) it contains magnesium stearate, which is reduces absorption to 1/4 of normal. It's not there to make the product "better" for you. It's purpose is to make the product cheaper to manufacture. It would be nice if this could be removed, or we at least had some guarantee that there was a trace/very small amount of this in the final product. It would be great to see a percentage of pure ALA per capsule, for instance.

For looking after your health and body, this is also another must supplement.It helps detox the liver and in this day and age, with toxins all around us, our liver need to beon the ball- this does the job very well.
