Since taking these (I take just 3 daily every morning) I have definitely noticed a decrease in the aches and pains. I'd recommend these over any other brand as due to the lack of oxidation there is absolutely no horrid tasting reflux that you would usually get with other brands of capsules and liquid.I stopped these for a few months for another brand with similar omega oils make up but got the taste again so switched back to these as soon as that supply ended.Can't recommend this brand enough.
