I wish I stopped taking it 2-3 days before the blood test to make sure the results are as accurate as possible. I will not stop taking it, I’ll just lower the dose. Just make sure you also take Magnesium and Zinc supplements as you won’t reap D3 benefits without enough K2, Magnesium and Zinc.
