Superb!
Huion KAMVAS GT-191 Graphics Drawing Tablet Monitor with 8192 Levels Pen Pressure 19 inch HD 1920 x1080 Pen Display Firstly I want to mention Huion & their excellent customer service. I have contacted them twice and both times they responded within 24 hours. They were helpful and answered my questions. Really impressed with them.First impressions & unboxing:I ordered the Huion Kamvas GT-191 Pro. Delivery in two days, brilliant. The presentation and boxed item looked fantastic. It was really well protected and wrapped. I was surprised by the quality feel of this tablet. It looks great and feels well built. Huion provide you with every single cable you could possibly ever need, a stand, a spare pen, a protective glove & protective screen cover. They even give you a screw driver so that you can fit the stand. I was super impressed with all the added extras. Most tablets don't come with a stand and this is an extra expense so I was delighted to have this included.Setting up:This was super easy! The stand is very easy to fit and is very secure. The protective film cover comes already on the tablet so no issues there. The pens were already fully charged. You need to attach 3 cables (HDMI, USB & Power) to the tablet (don't plug any into the pc until you have installed the driver!) and that's it.I installed the driver which I downloaded from the website, restarted my pc, plugged in the HDMI & USB cables into the pc, powered up the tablet and that's it. It worked absolutely fine, I didn't have to calibrate the screen. I did change some of the settings on the tablet itself such as the colour mode; there's a choice of three: warm, cool & user. I didn't like either the warm (which gave the screen a pink hue), nor the cool (which gave a blue hue) but user works just fine for me. I switched on DCR, which really brightened and sharpened the screen - I have poor vision so I appreciated this better definition.Using it:I am really impressed with the clarity and size of the screen, the pressure sensitivity & the paper-like feel that the screen protector gives. The picture quality is good. It works great with Photoshop & Corel Painter, no issues at all. The viewing angles are excellent and you do not lose any colour or definition like on some of the older models, meaning that you don't have to work looking straight on. There is virtually no lag when going fast and I am able to draw diagonal lines slowly and they are not 'wavey' which is an issue that many tablets have so I am happy about that. The pen is good quality and feels great to use, it's not too fat or thin so fits nicely in the hand to do some fine detailed work.Is there room for improvement?Sure there is! However when you're spending under £400 for a 19.5 inch monitor tablet, you can't expect it to be perfect. The screen protector is held on the screen by the four corners so it doesn't form a perfect vacuum between it and the screen. Sometimes there's a speckled green/pink effect where the protector warps slightly and loses its contact with the screen. This isn't a major issue, it's more an observation. It would perhaps be better to have a screen protector that is like a mobile screen protector which actually sticks to the screen. You can probably get one, I've not looked. There's no tilt on the pen; again this isn't an issue for me but if you are a professional digital artist then this may be a problem for you. The screen is thick so you do get a gap between the pen nib & the cursor but I don't mind this as you can clearly see the cursor so it makes little difference to me as to whether they are touching or not. There are no hotkeys (of course I knew this when I bought it) and personally that's not much of a problem for me as I just have my wireless keyboard next to me but some of you may find that annoying. I believe that you can buy a remote control for this but I am not 100% certain of this. The cables get in the way a bit, they are attached near the bottom of the tablet and come out towards you and when you push them back, they get in the way of the stand. It takes a little work to get everything in place but nothing major. I have not had an issue with cables popping out so the connections are good and sturdy. These things are really minor though and considering the price, I think this tablet is an absolute winner.Bottom Line:If you are a professional Digital Artist, who needs perfect colour definition, 4k resolution etc then this tablet may not be for you! If like me, you like doing digital art as a hobby and don't have a spare £1300+ lying around to spend on your hobby, then seriously do consider this tablet as an option. The Huion GT-191 is an absolute fantastic product for its price; you get a lot for your money.Overall verdict:I am absolutely delighted with this tablet. It's perfect for my needs and has surpassed my expectations. Yes I would definitely recommend it to a friend or anyone else for that matter!

Unbelievably Good Quality!
I can’t lie when I say I was a little nervous about getting this tablet as I didn’t know what to expect from a much cheaper alternative to the Wacom Cintiq, but honestly I shouldn’t have worried; It’s an absolutely incredible product! The screen itself is extremely high quality and all the materials feel very solid and reliable and not at all flimsy which I was worried for the great price it might be. It definitely feels solid enough to be worth above and beyond its marketed price. The setup was extremely easy, I simply uninstalled my old Wacom driver and slotted the huion driver disk in. Viola, the driver was setup and working! It has a lot of settings in which you can adjust the pen’s pressure, the brightness and RGB settings, as well as the two pen hotkeys. The actual function of the tablet was remarkable, I really enjoyed how responsive the pen pressure was (far more so than my previous Wacom intuos), and how well calibrated the pen was. It stayed true to the pen, and the screen itself comes with a really nice screen protector that acts as an anti glare screen as well as adding a paper-like feel for the pen to work on.All in all I’m blow away by the quality of this product and I cannot recommend it highly enough to artists who are looking for a screen tablet but don’t want to burn their entire life savings on a cintiq. Thank you Huion!

Great tablet; more than worth the price!
The media could not be loaded. After having used a Wacom Bamboo for 7 years this tablet was definitely a new experience for me but I was not disappointed! Drawing on the screen feels very natural, and thanks to the stand the angle of the monitor can be adjusted (the screen has anti-glare glass which is useful if you work in a room with strong overhead lights as I do). It's a much cheaper alternative to the Cintiq, but the price difference does not mean this is a bad tablet by any means. It's easy to set up, the driver installs fast and easily (it comes on a disk but is available to download from the Huion site if your computer does not have a disk drive), and although the pen does require charging it's very rarely you need to do so. The only slight problem I had was with the screen colours being different than my laptop's due to the type of glass, but I was able to adjust the settings to get them almost identical. The screen is quite big and high-resolution so it's a good clear image when drawing.Overall, it's a great product, it works well both as a tablet and an additional monitor and I would definitely recommend it, especially to anyone who would like to upgrade from a graphics tablet to a monitor tablet.(The attached review video was initially posted to youtube along with an unboxing video)

Amazing tablet
Before this tablet, I've owned solely a Wacom Cintiq 13HD bought in 2013. The only feature that the Wacom had was pen tilt, but I've honestly learned to live without it.A much more important thing that the GT-191 does really well is the pressure detection. It is extremely easy to draw really natural-looking lines, and this has certainly breathed new life into my work. Another feature of this tablet that I really appreciated was its stand, which is very sturdy and versatile, much better than the Wacom stand. One thing that worried me was seeing that the pen needs charging, but honestly there being an extra pen included resolves this whole problem. The battery of the pen itself is pretty amazing, too, as I've used it for four days and it still didn't require recharging.Overall, I'd definitely recommend this tablet. So far, aside from the minor issue of there being no pen tilt available, I cannot think of a single gripe I have with it.
