Product Description Zinsser's Bulls Eye & reg; 1-2-3 is a universal interior and exterior, water -based, primer-sealer. It offers low odour application, quick drying convenience and excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces. Bulls Eye & reg; 1-2-3 effectively primes and seals a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces. A ‘bond coat & rsquo; primer that & rsquo;s great for hard-to-stick surfaces, it offers excellent adhesion without sanding. Bulls Eye & reg; 1-2-3 also prevents rust formation when applied over clean ferrous metal such as iron and steel. It is mould and mildew-resistant, making it ideal for high-humidity areas such as bathrooms and laundry rooms. It offers effective resistance to the formation of mould and mildew on the underside and surface of the primer film, prolonging the life of the paint job. Bulls Eye & reg; 1-2-3 is great for blocking stains. It permanently and completely seals graffiti, grease spots, tar and asphalt ‐ inside and out. It is rust inhibitive and ideal for new metal. It resists flash rusting in its 'wet' state and provides rust resistance for the life of the coating. It dries to a smooth, tight, water-resistant film that is perfect for painting iron railings, steel doors, metal panels, duct work, galvanised gutters ‐ any interior or exterior metal surface. Bulls Eye & reg; 1-2-3 is white in colour and can be applied via air sprayer, brush, conventional spray, pad or roller. It has a quick 35 minute drying time and 1 hour dry time and can be tinted towards the colour of your topcoat (mid-tone colours only) to eliminate the need for one coat of paint ‐ saving both time and money. **Q: Can this be used to paint a upvc garage door black?**
A: Good MorningI have gone through the product information, it suggests it will stick to many substrates tiles, glass, and many metallic substrates with no mention specifically to PVCU, however I have spoken with the manufacturer who tell me it is there go to product for PVCU. I would recommend a very light abrasion with a 1200 - 1400 wet and dry followed with a thorough wash with warm water and light detergent. We would also urge you wait for the weather to pick up slightly with an ambient temperature above 10 degrees & relative humidity below 85%..Hope you find the information useful.Scott Glenwood Paints

**Q: Would this cover the knot stains in already painted wood or do I need one of the other products?**
A: Dear Ian, I used this paint for previously painted furniture ( it was shiny, yellowish color) The paint covered the color after 2 coats. And then I applied another white paint (ordinary wood paint) The result was good. Unfortunately I haven't tired it on knot stains. **Q: Would a foam roller or normal medium pile roller give better results with this?**
A: I used it with a medium pile roller and found that it went on evenly and gave a good  base for top coat.

A: I painted two or three coats of eggshell on top and finished with clear coat of furniture wax - kitchen door revamp- and nearly a year later they still look as good
