Fast-setting and easy to sand, it delivers professional-grade results that save time and money on vehicle and structural repairs. ## Description From the manufacturer Big Boy Structural Hole Filler High elasticity Excellent adhesion Ideal for use on large surfaces 250ml Available Silverhook Structural Hole Filler is a bridging compound with added glass fibre, offering easy application and strong bonding qualities. This filler is ideal for use on large surfaces; characterised by its high elasticity and gripping ability on a wide range of surfaces. It can also be used as a general-purpose filler on wood, metal, concrete, and some PVCs. As it is corrosion and water-resistant, it makes a perfect exterior filler e.g. window frames, walls, car body panels, etc. Step 1 Ensure surface to be filled is free from grease and loose dirt. Brush off surface dust with damp cloth and leave to dry. Step 2 Mix the filler with hardener in the ratio supplied, (e.g. half tin of filler - half a tube of hardener) thoroughly to obtain a uniform colour. Step 3 Apply mixture immediately with firm pressure using spreader and build up to required level. Paste will start to harden within 5 minutes. Note: Hardening times will vary. Perfect for my needs. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sets very quickly *by J***E on 6 August 2023* This is great stuff, but at first it was a bit frustrating to use. Do NOT mix more than you need. This stuff sets in less than 5 minutes. It's not clear on the tin at all. Also, the mix ratio is unclear. It says to mix the catalyst at 50/50 ratio, but is that by weight or volume? If by weight, there is no indication of the weight of either substance. The tube says 15g but I think that includes the weight of the tube itself.
