Effective for thin hair
Great for thinning hair. It really does work!EDIT : Just discovered its been discontinued in the UK. Such a shame! You can get it in the US but expensive!

Have used this before and liked it, hence my second purchase. After using it for the first time tonight I do not feel as impressed - but will continue to trial it.update: when combined with John Frieda Luxurious Volume Blow Dry Lotion which is available on Amazon, this does give a really good effect. Unfortunately my son was using it without me know, hence when I went to use it there was only enough for one more go!

Worth every penny.
I've always been lucky enough to have great shine to my baby fine silver grey hair, but due to medication and age it's become thinner over the years and more difficult to get the volume, even my hero Philip Kingsley products weren't doing their magic, so having read the reviews I took the plunge and bought the 7 day volume treatment and the volumising mousse. OMG what a difference, my hair looked thicker after blow drying and even after a few days kept its style instead of going limp and flat. I used my normal shampoo, didn't use conditioner as it always weighs my hair down but after shampooing and rinsing I used 3 pumps of the treatment on my short hair, left it for about 2 minutes then rinsed again, towel dried , added the mousse and blow dried to finish. I'm so pleased with the results and would definitely recommend anyone with similar problems to give it a try.

Works so well, give flat hair a real boost without the use of heated tools.
This stuff works! Because my hair is getting drier and more brittle as I get older I am just trying to limit my use of styling tools but without any help my hair lies flat to my scalp and just looks sad but this stuff, again, actually works.After washing my hair I usually just put conditioner on the ends and work this product into my roots and then after about 4 minutes rinse it all off and as my hair dries you can see the base of your hair has some volume and lift to it. To me this is just as good as using a styling tool and the effect lasts for a few days. So heat, no fuss etcI would also say don't bother with the shampoo or conditioner as I have tried them and for me personally they didn't do much. There are other products in this "volume" range and I should try the mousse next but if you're going to just buy the one then make it this one.

Best volumising product I have ever used.
This works amazingly well, and I can’t understand why John Frieda have discontinued this product. There is nothing else on the market as good as this.. I have used Philip Kingsley and Olaplex, plus pretty much everything else, but it just doesn’t give the lasting volume that this product did. I stocked up as much as I could for quite a while, but now I’m on pretty much the last use. Just hoping John Frieda relaunch this gem of a volumiser.

Customer service was outstanding when I had questions about the product.
How to Use: Shampoo and condition hair with 7 Day Volume Shampoo & Conditioner. Squeeze out excess water. While still in the shower, apply 3-4 pumps of the treatment to wet hair. Be sure to fully cover entire length of hair including under sections and root area. Use more or less depending on hair length and thickness. Leave on for 3-5 minutes and then rinse. Blow dry and style as desired. Allow 2-3 washes before your next treatment.
