I bought these because since having my son 11 months ago I had not been as strong as I used to be which was very strong! And I’ve not felt good feeling so weak and feeble. I’ve been researching natural ways to boost growth hormone to try and restore some of my vigour from my 20’s so I’ve been intermittent fasting and doing heavy kettle bell swings which before these tabs I could get about 10-13 out on a 35 kg kettle bell but since taking these I can get up to 70 if I really push it but without getting severe muscle fatigue.I’m trying to get up to 100 a day so I can do the 30 day kettle bell challenge!They do help me sleep but I feel really groggy in the morning and I cut the dose down to two a night as 4 was far too much. My muscles are extremely hard and defined again I obviously have a bit of a mum tum that I’m slowly getting down but I feel much firmer in my abdominals now as I thought they were destroyed for good 😂😂.The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the grogginess and they make me sweat profusely I’m hoping it will settle down I’m considering going to 1 capsule per night as the results I’ve gotten already I’m happy to maintain I don’t want to become huge.My weight has not changed but body fat percentage has dropped a little since taking.

Been using them for about a year and have tried other supliments but these are by far the best! Not a steroid and you will have to put in the work at the gym but these give your muscles the nutrition they need to repair! THEY ARE OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!

I cannot praise this product enough it really does its job. As for the dreams that other reviewers have mentioned my thought on those is yes because you sleep deeper your dreams are more vivid (I normally dream always have) As for nightmares I had one vivid one night that was all I say to those who have had those dreams is to stick with it and you will get the benifit from this produce. I go to the Gym and I am old but there is not a shadow of doubt I am able to perform for longer and more wieghts, Will certainally buy again.

Update.Almost finished the box, over the last 30 days I’ve noticed a change in my body, my metabolism has increased, and the previous reviewers are correct about the dreams. Onto my next box.Definitely noticed the difference in the week that I’ve been taking these tablets.First thing I noticed is that I’m more mentally alert in the mornings. I’m normally snoozing in the mornings, however I’ve stopped doing that now. I’ve also noticed my sleep has improved. I was concerned that I might have intense dreams, as noted by other reviewers, that being said I haven’t experienced a change in my dreams.Physically I’m stronger; I’ve managed to do push-ups with one leg in the air, which may not seem like a big deal, but it is to me. I have more energy for my Body Combat class and when I’m doing weights. My weight hasn’t really dropped, but my overall fat percentage has.These tablets are part of my health plan, and I believe they contributing to my overall health. Other people will have different experiences, but I for one, is happy to have brought this product.

Can’t tell whether this is working or it’s because I’m putting in the work. Have definitely had much better sleep though and vivid dreams since I started taking it.

I took it for the first time last night before bed .I always slept well ... but unlike after taken the tablets I had my sleep changed... slept only for a few hours last night and today I feel horrible my head heavy like I had a hangover.

Been 3 day's taking these at night and a feeling stronger so very pleased
