Tub is sealed and dated December 2022 so bags of use by room. Equazen are excellent quality omega 3, they have higher concentrations of the two key ingredients you should look for (DHA& EPA). Cheaper have larger amounts of fish oil and less actual omega 3. I have certainly noticed an improvement in my concentration levels and feel generally healthier. My son who has ADHD takes the children’s version and the improvement in him is massive.
