Works Very Well, Good Quality, Great Features and Value for Money
I install a lot of these types of cameras for a living and they can be a mix bag in terms of quality, ease of use and reliability but I am happy to report this camera has so far been excellent. This camera was very easy to set up even for people that are not as technical as myself. The instructions are well written with pictures and the English translation is very good (which is often not the case).Video quality is very good and comes with three different video modes in terms of quality... the idea being that you can reduce the quality when viewing the camera remotely on a slow mobile broadband connection and then up the quality to HD when viewing on the same network.... although to be honest unless you zoom in the video modes all look pretty much the same. The camera's "night vision" is very good within reasonable distances which I imagine for most installations will be fine but it might struggle in a massive warehouse over longer distances.Traditionally with these types of IP cameras that unless the broadband connection they are connected to has a static IP address which most residential broadband in the UK doesn't you would need to use a DNS service usually at a extra cost and then mess around with port forwarding in the router settings etc which can get quite complex and perhaps beyond the abilities of non tech people..... thankfully with this camera this is all handled for you so no need for the complex set up. However the only slight concern is there is no possibility to change the network settings and internal IP address on the camera if you wanted to. But for most people this is all a good thing. The camera has a good range of motion in both pan and tilt and the movement is nice and smooth and not choppy or abrupt which can wear out the motor or over time shake fittings loose.Usually with these types of cameras the wifi connection even within line of sight to the router can be very hit or miss but with this camera I am impressed with it's wifi range within reason. The camera can also be connected to the network via a ethernet cable. The app for viewing the camera is very good. It is easy to use and responds well to commands such as zooming in on the video feed and moving the camera around. There is some additional features to this camera such as the ability to make it detect motion which will then trigger email alerts and also possible to connect to a third party alarm system to trigger it.The camera comes with an adjustable bracket / mount and some screws and wall plugs.... my advice is to use your own / better quality plugs as the included ones are just about ok but they are not great. For the money paid and the wide range of functions and overall quality of this camera I think it's excellent value for money and a good bit of kit.

When you have the app up and running, it is easy to zoom in, tilt/pan and view remotely
Stylish easy to operate IP camera. Set up is straight forward but a couple of tips: Use the CAT Network cable when first setting up and plug directly into your router When putting in your password to register on the App, use uppercase, lowercase, numbers and a special characterIf you do the above, it takes about 5 minutes to set up and then you can move it to anywhere in the house or office. Simple to control from a phone or tablet and you are able to take pic's and video recording to the device in addition to using an SD card to record to the camera itself. You also have the ability to be notified if there is any movement in front of the camera which is obviously useful when you are out. I like how you can set the sensitivity of the motion detector so that you are not getting false alarms and notificationsWhen you have the app up and running, it is easy to zoom in and tilt/pan. If you are out of the house and bandwidth is a problem, you can choose 1 of three definitions to be able to view better. The bracket that it comes with means you can easily fix to the wall or ceiling and if on the ceiling you can flip the display so that it is not upside down. All in, simple to set up (do the above though) and easy to use

Great product so far
A few more notes 30.12.17 (see full review below)So I have now been using my IP camera for a few days now and I can highly recommend it.SD cardI managed to find a micro SD card and inserted it into the SD card slot located on the back on the back of the camera, switched camera on and launched the app. Go to Settings > Record setting, you will now see the card displayed, the camera software allows you to format the card via the app before using it which is a great move HOWEVER, check the card first to ensure there are no precious files on there as they will be lost.Once the format is complete the card is ready to use.Viewing video or screenshotsYou can access recorded video or screenshots by: App homepage > tap 4 lines at top right of screen > Multimedia, then choose Video Playback | Local pictures. You can then view your content on your device.MicrophoneWhen your watching the camera on your device, you will see a microphone icon on the right side of the screen, press continually on the mic and then talk, there are a few seconds delay and you will then hear your voice through the mic on the camera.Volume controlStart the app, when the screen appears, tap settings > Media setting. You now have both the volume level and record quality sliders. I found that if you set the volume too high, you will get echo when you talk, if you set it lower it should reduce this.Record qualitySlide to the right for better video quality, and to the left to reduce the quality. Key thing to remember here is that the higher the video quality, the slower the connection and the more space you will use on the SD card.Using over mobile coverageHave been in town a few times and we watched the camera feed, if the mobile signal is poor, chances are you will experience bad video quality, better the signal, the better the quality (in theory)-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Main purchase notesI bought the IP cam/era on Wednesday the 26th December and it was delivered today and here's my review.PackagingCould not fault the packaging, plenty of paper proofing inside and nice product boxContents1 IP camera1 LAN lead1 Power unit1 manual1 Wall mountVery surprised and happy to see a wall mount, this means that I won't need to put up a shelf :-)Setup(Camera)Connect the LAN lead to both your camera and an available port on your router and then connect the power supply.Once powered up, use a pin or a paper clip to press the reset button located at the base underside the unit, after a few seconds you will hear what sounded to me like glass smashingSetting the app up and firing up the cameraEither scan the barcode or like I did, go to the app store and search for the sricam app and download it. Once downloaded, follow the setup instructionsAfter you have installed the app and linked the camera (the app will take you through this) you can open the app and select the camera and then you will see the picture the camera sees. Before you go any further, turn the camera off and unplug the LAN cable, move it to where you want it and plug the POWER lead back in and turn on. After a few moments, launch the app and see if you can see the picture, if you can, your wifi connection is working!Moving aroundTap the picture once and you will see 4 direction triangles appear, tap the direction triangle (left, right, up or down) and you will see the picture move.Tap the screen again to show all the options (left to right):Record buttonPlease note that this function will record to the devices internal and limited memory if you don't have a micro SD card inserted. Tap record and the red record dot will intermittently flash, tap again and recording will stop.CameraTap camera and a screenshot will be takenHDNot sure what this does yet, may be to do with picture quality but as I said, not sureMicrophone buttonTap to mute the mic, untap to unmuteUpside down & right way upTap to invert the picture, tap again to uninvertLockNot sure what this does yetCog wheel (Settings)All the config settings- too many to mention but I just noticed a setting that people may find useful. Tap the settings cog > tap record settingYou will now see Record mode: Manually record | Alarm record | Timing record|As you will have guessed, you can set different recording times :-)Using via mobile network (4G)I disconnected from my home network and I was able to view the camera image fine over 4G but please remember that the image will only be smooth if your mobile data coverage (4G) is strong. If the coverage is average, the video will buffer/ freeze for a few moments due to the slower data speed.SD card usageAs the product states, there is a micro SD card slot on the back of the camera, switch the unit off and pop your card in there, then turn back on.Start the app, tap settings, tap record setting, you should then see the SD card label displayed - I recon that you can probably use it to 32GB cards in there, anything bigger might be unrecognized.Overall, I am very pleased so far, if I learn anything else I will post it here.CheersAll

WORTH WHAT YOU PAY.
The overall quality is good for the price but has two faults one being with the advised APP it is difficult to set up and the other is the lights can not be turned off. I bought this to put in the window overlooking the front door and my car but the glass reflects the lights which even as infrared they reflect as white light more so at night and block out the outside picture. It would have been a better item if the lights could have been turned off. For a purely inside camera for watching babies and pets it is a good buy and worth the struggle to set up.
