My toddler loves to play on his small chalkboard and white board, so I was excited to receive this black board wallpaper which sounds unique and interesting. The packaging was very good came in a plastic tube, well cased.I received the normal pack/size. According to instructions on the amazon page, as unfortunately there was no instruction manual, I had to first put the blackboard sticker flat on the floor for 1-2 days as it was rolled in the package. Its important to clean the wall for dirt etc. as this is sticker and will show and I only have one chance at this. I gently squeezed out any bubbles when smoothly applying it to my wall, measurements key. When cleaning the board I had to make sure I use a damp cleaning cloth, no too wet and be very smooth, I had to remind myself it’s a sticker not like my child’s blackboard which I can roughly clean but I had to take care of this one more.Its brilliant I really liked it, I put it across his wall horizontally so he can reach and draw on it as my toddler is only 3, he loves drawing on black boards. I would be a bit cautious and warn that if your children are too small to keep an eye on them when using it as they may peel it off, or accidentally draw on your walls where there is no sticker. I really liked this and would consider gifting it also.Overall this product is really good and I would not hesitate in recommending this item to anyone. I would like to state that I received this product on discounted rate in exchange of my unbiased review, however, my opinions are my own and have not been influenced in any way.

Good product, but NOT RESIDUE FREE REMOVAL. If you want this to be a permanent installation, it's a good quality product with excellent adhesion, and chalk writes on it very well. You will need to wet wipe occasionally it to get a really clean erase. Keep in mind that it is not reusable, and here is why: should you decide to remove the film after sometime, the adhesive is so strong that it will tear the film. Also - it will leave a tacky reside behind or maybe strip some paint off of your drywall.I removed mine, and unlike other stick and reuse decorative decals, the chalkboard film left my walls tacky beneath it. Ultimately, I had to sand and repaint my walls...not happy about that. I give the seller 5 stars for customer service, as they voluntarily refunded me the full amount on the product (since it was advertised as reside free removal). While this doesn't cover the cost of labour and paint, it went a long way to say that the seller was willing to make the customer happy. I recommend that they remove the claim that it is "residue free removal".

I ordered this, so that my daughter could have her own blackboard in her bedroom. It saved getting blackboard paint which I thought may be a little messy! This arrived promptly and was a huge roll - much bigger than anticipated. Obviously this is good, as I can keep the roll and use it in the future or cut some off and give to family and friends. It took 2 of us to apply to the bedroom wall, as it was a tad tricky to hold the roll in the air and keep straight and smooth the bubbles out on my own. Once applied, it looked great! Hasn't peeled off (we've had it for about a month) and looks like a professional blackboard. My daughter loves it. We ordered blackboard pens online but I have to say, it's best to get the marker type chalk pens, as the fine tipped ones were thinner, didn't last long and the effect wasn't as good. All in all a very good product :)

Great for its value, very smooth to write into considering its stuck to a stable surface. Sticking this can be a nightmare i wasted about 1/4 of it when i attempted this solo lol friendly advice you do need two people to handle this. It's inevitable to get air bubbles lots of them so poke them with a very fine needle to get rid of the circles, you can't even see the needle marks.

They do look good but are a faff to install. We spent ages getting rid of air bubbles. They’re not the easiest to clean too although I think all blackboards leave a residue once they’re used. We installed this on one cupboard door out of four but decided to remove it and use blackboard paint instead

We use it as a brand strategy and doodle wall, as we can update it and tailor it to each client that comes in. Everyone at trCREATIVE loves drawing on it :)IMG_2858.jpg

Very easy to cut to size and to apply to the surface. Ordinary chalk don t seem to write as well in this material as a standard chalkboard. Chalk paints might be a better option to use.

Bought this the first time and really liked so bought again. 2nd lot came through and has some damage so some of the product is wasted. I would give a 5 for the first roll and a 2 for the 2nd so have given a 3 overall. Haven't tried drawing on it yet.
