Very good pulley machine
I would recommend this piece of equipment to anyone looking for a home pulley machine POSITIVE POINTSThis machine is sturdy, good value for money and has a few clever features that are sadly missing from most other pulley machines around this price (see below).1. It has three cables you can attach handles to. A high ,a low and one just above waist height. Most machines just have a high one and a low one.2. It has a footplate to rest your feet against when you are doing seated rows on the floor. This is excellent. Most other machines like this don't have one and you end up trying to brace your feet on the frame awkwardly.3. A big advantage this machine has over most machines of this type is that the low pulley does not catch or rub on the frame when you do upward pulling movements. As a result of the above you can do any pulley type exercise you can think of with this machine. It even comes with a yoke to put over your shoulders to do abdominal crunches with.Good value, sturdy, versatile. It really does tick all the boxes for a home gym pulley machine and only took 40 mins to put together. The only minor negative point is that it doesn't come with its own weights built in but from experience I would say it's a lot cheaper and more useful than most of the ones with weights built in unless you pay a fortune.

Great piece of kit for the price
After reading reviews on a number of lateral machines, I decided to go for the more expensive home gym lateral machine and I’m pleased I did. First of all it’s not a heavy duty gym lateral machine, but it can do the exact same thing at a fraction of the price. Many of the reviews say about the instructions, and yes they are very basic but it’s pretty easy to assemble If you have some common sense! It took me an hour to build, and the most challenging part was the cables, but once you work it out it’s pretty simple to do. The only reason it’s not getting a 5 star (I’m giving it 4.5) is because like many reviews state, it could be 2/3” taller (I’m 5.11” and can just do a lay pull down without it touching the stopper. Also, the cable catches the seat when you do bicep curls which is a minor thing but is a bit annoying. All in all, it’s great value for money and can do what you need to do in the comfort of your own home.

Had few weeks now really happy with it
Had few weeks now really happy with it. Took about hour to assemble good clear instructions sprayed wd40 on silver glide pole to ensure smooth operation. Have done many different exercises and no issues with any. Not fan of seated crunches so kept back rest off which now allows me to see the weights going up and down. Very sturdy and planted really happy with it

Good finished product but assembly is a pain
It's a good solid piece of equipment when you put it together but mine arrived with a lot of the metal bent and buckled. Maybe it happened in storage or delivery but I had to physically bend the pieces back into shape for them to fit properly. The instructions are very basic too but once you get past the stress of putting it together, it's a good product.

Its far more versatile than advertised and easy to put together
Genuinely impressed with this bit of kit. Its far more versatile than advertised and easy to put together.Key points are that it can use 1" and 2" plates, It has 3 pulleys you can pull from, high, low and centre giving you many angles to work with and the footplates at the front. I put a large foam mechanics style mat on or against the footplates when pulling from the front ie face pulls, cable kick backs etc, as the machine can move.

It's seems sturdy, you'll need a socket set to construct it if you want to do it relatively quickly (Took me just over 2 hours)For anyone buying this it comes in two separate deliveries a day apart for each other, I emailed Mirafit and theyreplied telling me the same within 2 hours, which is a fantastic response time.I'm just hoping it lasts the long term.

Great lat pull down for novice
For the money this is a great lat pull down and back row machine. Obviously you aren’t going to get commercial quality as that would cost thousands but for the average home user it’s a perfect gym. Easy to put together, smooth operation and can handle a lot of weight. The one thing that lets this product down slightly is that the seat is a little small, so you are close to the machine when doing lat pull downs which is hard to get used to at first. For money you won’t be disappointed
