Review: Fabulous - I've wanted one of these for a few years and managed to get it on instalments with desertcart. It's a great piece of kit for making projects for selling, gifting or keeping for yourself. I haven't used it yet so can't give a full review.

Finally bought it at Christmas, and really have been pleased. I bit the bullet and went for longer one, as I could see I would kick myself later, if I wasn't able to reach certain projects- this was a good decision, as I can see I use the longer capacity quite a bit. I love being able to fit studs, and hole rings, as they really finish off a project, and it punched through things, with no effort. Great buy, but it is an expensive bit of kit, but looked after properly, you'll have it for life.

**Q: Are eyelet sizes universal? So can this work with any eyelet brand or does one have to by the We R Memory Keepers brand?**
A: Yes, you can use other brand eyelets but I tried this and found them to be of inferior quality and the finish on the back was jagged. I prefer to use the Memory Keeper ones.

**Q: will this punch slats as well as holes? (looking for a ribbon single hole punch)**
A: no holes only

**Q: Will the cropadile work on snap fasteners for clothes? I have one and love it, but would like to try making baby bibs, which are slightly different .**
A: Yes i think it will,  depending on what fasteners you want to use. There are lots of videos on the internet that show you how.

**Q: Can I punch holes in 2 layers of fabric with this, and is the eyelets suitable for fabric**
A: if it can punch through CDs and chipboard and goes through mountboard like butter as I have, so it should go through 2 layers of fabric easily, but I haven't tried it

I've been wanting one of these for a while now and finally managed to purchase one. It is quite well built and so far functions just as it should. I'm not sure how it will work with eyelets other than those from We R Memory Keepers, but I shall check that out.
