Review: Magic ice - Have used these for years and they’re excellent for immediate treatment of bumps, bruises, aches and strains. I’ve been kick boxing for a number of years and am getting old so I now buy in bulk. These instant cold packs are so useful for the immediate application of cold to an injury. They are very simple to use; squeeze the pack to pop the bag of water inside then shake to mix the water with the crystals et viola, instant cold. They stay cold for about 20 mins then just pop them in the bin. No mess, no fuss and far more convenient than using a bag of frozen peas. I always keep a couple in my gym bag.

**Q: How do i get a vat receipt for this product?**
A: Got to menu, click on my orders, click on order you want invoice for, click view details, view invoice.

**Q: How many come in this pack ? Is it 20 seperate packs ?**
A: If you’ve ordered a pack with 20 showing then it will be 20 separate instant ice packs (they are smaller ... square ... the bigger ones are oblong) but yes, definitely individual ice packs!

**Q: Why is there a use by date on these?**
A: Just a guess but I’d think the individual packaging inside which separates the chemicals will degrade over time and they could activate in your rucksack without pressure so may not be any use when you need them?

**Q: How to activate? Have searched 4 so far and no activation sachets inside. Ridiculous and useless.**
A: I can only tell you about the box that I am using.
They are some of the best that I have used but I will admit that they are very difficult to activate. 
You have to really smash the small sachet inside but when you manage to break the sachet they are good. You get used to it after a while.

These instant cold packs are so useful for the immediate application of cold to an injury.
