My other fast charger rejects lots of batteries, deeming them “faulty” (red flashing lights); this one doesn’t. It just works and works well. We’ve since bought a third for our son and daughter-in-law. Top product! Original review: We've been using this for quite a while now so I thought I would update my review. In that time, we've bought a second as a gift for my sister in law. Basically - this has to be one of the best, if not the best, battery charger around simply because it is so small and convenient - and does what it says so straightforwardly. It folds up to fit easily in the corner of a drawer, then unfolds and plugs straight into the wall, with no bulky extra external power supply or trailing wires - brilliant; and most batteries really are ready in around 45 minutes. Done and dusted. It is a fast, "intelligent" charger and works with the various batteries we own (Eneloop, Amazon, Duracell, etc.). It is usually recommended that to get the longest life from a rechargeable battery, the charge rate should be 10% of its power, meaning around 200mAh charge for a typical 2000mAh battery; but that would take 13 hours to charge.
