Product Description The HG Mould Spray cleaner quickly and effectively removes mould, mildew and fungus from almost any surface, whilst preventing re-growth. Ideal to use on the silicon seal between the bathtub and wall, on outdoor furniture, around window frames or on plastered walls. This anti mould foam is also suitable for cleaning grout, painted ceilings, swimming pool tiles and seals, as well as mouldy stains in the garage, shed and conservatory. The easy to use spray rapidly removes all brown and black marks caused by mould, fungus and algae - both indoors or outdoors. We also have a foam spray version of the mould and mildew cleaner: HG mould remover foam spray Includes: 1 x HG Mould Spray (500ml spray bottle, 186050106) How to use HG Mould Spray: The mould cleaner has a bleaching effect. If in doubt, test first in an inconspicuous place. 1. Spray the surface from a distance of 3 to 5 cm with HG mould spray. 2. Leave to work for 30 minutes and then clean with water and a sponge. Contains chlorine based bleaching agents. We recommend using gloves and ventilating well during use. Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use. Ingredients Mould remover Directions Remove the locking clip, press the nozzle on the front and turn a quarter. Test before use, spray from 3-5cm and leave it for 30 minutes. Repeat if necessary and turn the nozzle a quarter backwards to block it. Remember to rinse the nozzle with hot water before reusing. For large surfaces with green deposits we recommend HG algae and mould remover Safety Warning Attention: we recommend you to ventilate well during use and to wear rubber/plastics gloves. Prevent splashing on clothing, (high) gloss paint and laminated blinds. Rinse with water immediately in case of contact with skin, clothing and sensitive surfaces. Avoid contact with metals such as prints on ornamental strips, aluminium and stainless steel. Do no treat coloured surfaces. We do not recommend using this product on artexed ceilings. In elastic grouting (for instance silicone paste) sometimes some permanent brown discolouration may occur after use. In badly glazed tiles and old tiles with hairline cracks brown discolouration may occur. This brown colour can possibly be removed with hypo (sodium thiosulfate), which can be obtained from your customer service department. Do not reuse the bottle. We had mould all the way round the bath sealant, on the tiles next to the shower and on the ceiling above the shower to the point where I thought we were going to have to replace the sealant and repaint the ceiling. I applied the mould spray all over the affected areas and I could see it starting to work after only a few minutes. After 30 minutes all the mould had completely gone with no need to wipe, I just used the shower head to give some of the areas a rinse down and that was it. It’s very impressive stuff to a dullster like me. It hadn’t just masked over the mould, it had actually eaten away at it. It will be interesting to see how quickly the mould returns if at all. One thing I will say though is that it absolutely stinks of chlorine and I’m glad I chose to use it on a day that my daughter was at nursery. The smell is horrible and can be quite overwhelming. I was wearing a pair of gloves as instructed and a full face mask (the kind you would wear if you were spray painting a car) and I could still smell it. Even with all the upstairs windows and doors wide open you could still smell it for hours after and it even lingered into the next day. It actually left me feeling quite short of breath at points and I had to leave the house, so if you have a breathing condition or are quite sensitive to smells then I do not recommend this stuff to you. If you have a baby or young children I would make sure that they are out of the house while you use this or at the very least a different floor to the one you’re using it.

**Q: A corner of my bedroom is covered with mould. Can I use it on painted wall?**
A: Hello, yes you can use it on a painted wall, i also had the same problem, i sprayed the area and left it for about 15 mins, i used some warm water and a cloth, and it wiped away, i have not had any mold return since, depending on the mold you might want to leave the spray on for longer, its great stuff and works a treat, good luck with your mold problem.

**Q: I have some mould behind some boxed in pipes, so it would be difficult to wash area after application**
A: I would still squirt some down there and mop up any seepage, if you do it at regular intervals I guess in time you'll get it all!.  It's really good stuff. R

**Q: If I use this on my bedroom ceiling will I have to paint the ceiling afterwards. i.e. will it discolour or attack the paint ?**
A: You can use it on the ceiling. Once you have sprayed leave it fir 15-20 min but try not To use the room for 24 hours. 
I used mine but no paint came off. Within minutes mould was gone

**Q: I used this on several areas of mould - I didn't clean off again as I don't want the mould to return - should I clean it off or will it be ok ??**
A: Mould got so bad around my bathroom window I sprayed all around it including the paintwork and left it on. After about 40 mins I took a look and the mould had completely disappeared leaving paintwork and window sealant clean and mould free. Might add I sprayed it on gloss painted toilet seat a few weeks ago (didn't read the instructions not to spray it on high gloss) and the white toilet seat turned bright yellow despite rinsing with clean water. I left it thinking I'd have to replace the seat but after a few hours it turned back to white again.!! great product despite the strong bleach smell.

We don’t have a window in our bathroom and the extractor fan isn’t great, so we get quite a bit of moisture build up and therefore a recurring mould issue. We had mould all the way round the bath sealant, on the tiles next to the shower and on the ceiling above the shower to the point where I thought we were going to have to replace the sealant and repaint the ceiling. I applied the mould spray all over the affected areas and I could see it starting to work after only a few minutes. After 30 minutes all the mould had completely gone with no need to wipe, I just used the shower head to give some of the areas a rinse down and that was it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very satisfying mould removal

Really impressed with how well this works. Sprayed it on bathroom tiles and seals and you can actually see the mould fading quite quick. Didn’t need much scrubbing which makes it much easier. The formula is quite strong so it does the job properly, just need to be a bit careful and keep the area ventilated. Removed stains I couldnt get rid of beforee Overall excellent performance, just the smell is a bit strong but thats expected with thisskind of cleaner Very easy to use
