I brought this at the point I was losing the will to live trying to obtain a perfect straight edge with frog tape, taping knife etc. I literally had had enough, so went on an impulse buying spree on Amazon to find ANYTHING that would work, no matter the cost... Came across this and the sound reviews, and was still sceptical, as everyone knows in order to achieve a straight line with a brush, you've gotta have a bloody good steady hand to do so, hence why it's so tricky, and most people just use tape. Fast forward to yesterday evening, I started "filling in" the edges before painting again, and seriously, this brush is amazing, like some sort of miracle! It has a triangular brush face, it is good for corners and getting a perfect straight line, even on uneven walls - I will upload some photos later, but anyone would think a professional did my walls! I will NEVER use frog tape again, this is my new go to! Nothing is "perfect" per'say, but this wins hands down against the perfect straight line follwowed by stupid bleeding and slight smudge marks you get with tape as you pull it off the wall. I have tried various gadgets over the years for cutting in but this really does work - all you need is a steady hand. The paint load to the tip gives a steady and consistent stream to give crisp and sharp edges. It has a tin opener at the end of the handle as a nice bonus. When we moved in this was the first job. the brush is great for cutting in and holds its paint well. The shape is perfect and is easy to use. As other reviews have stated the brush does get a bit claggie near the handle but a good wash will sort it out.
