## Description

Product Description Specially developed for the strong, coarse hair of the bikini area, naturally enriched Nad’s Brazilian & Bikini Wax locks on to the hair so it can be removed from the root for weeks of smooth, hair free skin; no strips required! Each tub of peach and mango fragranced wax is enough for one full Brazilian wax or two to three bikini wax applications. Plus the wax kit includes cheeky templates so you can opt for a little tidy up, go completely bare, or totally personalise your bikini area! Be hair free for up to 8 weeks. Suitable for all skin types. Ideal for underarm, bikini and Brazilian. HOW TO USE: 1. Ensure the area is clean, dry and free of oils and moisturisers. Hair needs to be a minimum of 3mm or 1/8 inch long. If much longer, trim to this length. 2. Heat the wax tub in the microwave (Refer to heating guide in product leaflet). Do not heat the wax tub with the applicator or any other object in it. 3. Gently touch the jar to check that it is not too hot to handle. Carefully remove the jar from the microwave, keeping it upright at all times to prevent spillage. 4. Leave to stand for one minute to ensure heat diffuses throughout. Gently stir the product until it is the consistency of thick honey without any solid areas. WARNING: IF THE WAX IS LIQUID OR BUBBLING, IT HAS BEEN OVERHEATED. DO NOT HANDLE UNTIL WAX HAS COOLED DOWN. 5. Dip spatula into the centre of the jar, scooping the wax out then rotate the spatula to prevent the wax from dripping. 6. Apply wax in a thick layer in the same direction of hair growth. For best results, always work on one small area at a time. Ensure you start from the outside and work your way into the more sensitive areas. Leave a small amount of wax at the end of the patch curling up as that will make it easier to remove. Let the wax cool on your skin for approx 30 seconds until it is still soft and pliable but no longer sticky to touch. If wax is left on the skin too long it becomes hard and difficult to remove (after approx 1 minute). 7. Hold skin taut with one hand and then lift the end of the wax with the fingers of your free hand. Grip the wax and with one quick motion, remove the wax close and parallel to the skin in the opposite direction of hair growth. Do not re-use the wax or re-wax if skin is red and irritated. Use the Nad's Post Calming Wax Oil wipes to remove any wax residue. Do not attempt to use water. Use baby oil to remove wax residue if you run out of wipes. Review: Easy to use, happy with the result! - I was slightly worried when ordering this based on there being quite a few 1 star reviews, and I'm used to a salon wax each month, but desperate times call for desperate measures (quarantine). The wax did take longer to melt in the microwave than stated, but that wasn't really an issue, and the instructions are very easy to follow. The process would have been even easier had the hair been shorter, mine was around 15mm. It took me around an hour, and when comparing that to a salon wax of around 25 minutes, I think for a first attempt it's very reasonable. As I'd seen someone suggest on another review, I used a thicker stick to apply the wax, similar to those used in salons. I would say that you may struggle more with this if you have not previously had a salon wax, as I just did what I have seen my beauty therapist do with regards to removing and pulling the skin. I actually thought it hurt a bit less than a professional one, which is probably because I did smaller patches, and was more prepared for the pain rather than being comfortably lay on a beauty bed. I will definitely use this product again, and my flatmate has even ordered herself one too. The end result was great!

**Q: How long do I have to heat up the wax?**
A: With a full pot I left it in for neatly five minutes. I have no idea where to two minute heating guideline comes in but I treat it like a fudge pot and check it every minute by trying to stir it with the spatula until the consistency looks good. Year it on the side of your wrist first so you don't burn yourself   It should be runny but not watery hot. You will probably need to reheat it halfway through the application process so have a robe handy ;)

**Q: Can you heat it another way if you do not have a microwave?**
A: Honestly idk..but don’t waist you money,its not good at all..took me couple hr to wax because was so painful and the wax was getting cold quickly

**Q: How many uses do you get out of one pot? Can it be reheated once cooled?**
A: It can be reused many times depending on the area used and yes it is possible to reheat it.. Just abide by the heating instructions on the pack!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Persevere!

The reviews on this product seem to fall into 2 categories, those who are new to it (and mostly hate it) and those who have used it for a long time (and love it) I have used it for 18 months now and I wouldn't use anything else. That doesn't mean my first time was easy, but for once I learned from my mistakes! The wise guidance given on other reviews should be followed. Namely, IGNORE the instructions. A full pot does take about 4 mins in the microwave but you should check it often (I've melted a pot before now!). Make sure you stir it, to even out heat distribution, and always test on a non sensitive area first. And "Yes!" expect to reheat it a few times. Remarkably, wax sets unless you keep it warm! A full wax now takes between 1 or 2 reheats, but it used to take me 4 or 5 when I first started using it. If this is your first time using wax yourself then start small until you get a feel for it. The spatula is great for applying the wax, although the thin one in the pack is next to useless. Having applied a small area of wax you must wait until it has only just set before ripping it away (you can test by carefully tapping the applied wax). It is a good idea to 'roll up' a small edge of the wax whilst it is still soft, to give you a point to hold onto when you pull. If you leave the wax to set for too long it will break as you pull, which is irritating and more uncomfortable. Once you know what you are doing you can make the sections you wax larger. Overall hair removal is excellent. The whole process is much easier if you have a willing helper, but failing that invest in a good mirror, bright light and yoga lessons! A few sheets of kitchen roll on a towel are a wise precaution as you tend to be a bit messy when you first use it. The wax itself smells lovely and causes no irritation to my skin (nor to my other half, who has stoically braved a wax!). There are just enough 'after wax' wipes for the size of the pot and they are very effective at removing small wax residue and calming the skin. Any redness I have experienced has always died down in under 24 hours. If you find you dont have enough wipes then some baby oil on a kitchen towel works very well. As for the various 'stick on' shape templates.......well they are pretty useless. They don't stay on as you wax, so my advice would be to use them as a template and draw round them with a felt tip pen (even permanent marker gets removed with the enclosed after wipes). It really is much easier and is also a great tip if you want to create your own design as it allows you to check before you start waxing. Overall, it's great, but does require patience. I just wish they hadn't removed the lid from the wax pot. At least when it had one I could confidently carry the wax from the microwave to upstairs. Clearly they think we should all wax our bits in our kitchens! And always remember.....NEVER leave the application stick in the wax when you've finished. You can't get it out and it burns if you try to microwave it in the pot!
