It is very effective - and very sticky! Careful preparation to ensure the Stixall goes only where you intend is essential. In my case, I rolled the threshold into a coil (top side facing inwards) and secured the 'coil' with cable ties at intervals, allowing me to place the strip exactly on the pre-laid Stixall layer and unroll it in stages by cutting each tie in turn.
