They are thicker and have more bite than other noodles of this type as long as you don't over cook them, leave a few table spoons full of water in the pan before you add the sachets, it helps the flavours mix better , the sachets are a sauce and a chilli seeds and flakes. The seeds are very small and you don't really notice them when eating, but you will definitely notice the added heat they give. They are very spicy , if you're not used to eating spicy food then they maybe too hot, if you are used to hot spicy Curry's and meals with plenty of chillies in then you may actually really enjoy these noodles as a tasty spicy snack as i do. After eating the whole bowl my mouth is burning and the burn will last a good 5 mins before it starts to settle down. If you want to get rid of the burning sensation then a large glass of milk or a yogurt will settle it down quicker.
