Perfect pan for decorative shortbread!
This is the best shortbread pan, I have 2 other styles from this company. They are sturdy and produce the best shortbread. Ideal for gift giving baked goods! This seller packaged the item well and item arrived early!

Beautiful and Functional
This pan makes beautiful shortbreads! And the recipes included are all delicious- I've tried every one. OIL the pan lightly (don't use spray), don't use soap to wash out, and the shortbreads come out with no trouble at all. I am ready for Christmas baking with this pan. I also bought 3 others in different designs- all gorgeous.

Beautiful
I’ve loved this baking dish and it was on my wish list for a year. I finally ordered it for a Scottish event and it was cracked. I sent it back and had no issues on the return. I did not reorder.

Pretty & comes with easy recipes
I purchased 9 of these & augmented them with a boxed mix (which - following the pan-provided recipes are easy - but I wanted to make this really easy for recipients). I wrote up a sheet entitled "A SHORT history of SHORTbread" & these all became part of a "Thank you Bundle" for gracious folk who helped my Mom this past year. The batter is crumbly but just plop it in the center of the pan & smooth it out to the edge with your butter wrapper...then flatten the dough down with a spatula or the underside of a measuring cup. Sometimes I look at it halfway through baking & smash down bubbles again. Once baked, I take it out of the pan, cut it into wedges, place it on parchment & put it into the turned-off oven for 30 minutes. This dries it out & keeps it crisp. This will look pretty! Maybe not your first batch, but you'll learn quick - easy & impressive.
