Yes it does. I made a lego batman cake and used pre coloured black fondant. This made it have the plastic effect of a lego piece. Very happy with end result. Easy to use...a slight smell initially. Just be sure to cover the counter well or do outside. I did get a little on the counter and I had to use a scrubbing cleaner to get it off. It was fine though as I new it wouldn't be a permanent.
